A global home appliance and consumer electronics company from Europe is recruiting a B2B Sales Head to join the team in Ho Chi Minh. This senior job job is to develop and manage overall B2B business, growing pipeline and revenue . The role is reporting to General Director in Vietnam.

Job responsibilities:

  • The Head of Corperate team is responsible for the overall B2B business including developing and managing business, growing pipeline and revenue 
  • Manage the Kitchen Appliances within the territory: measure pipeline, orders, revenue, gross margin, quality and growth KPIs and staffing levels. 
  • Provide Sales and Pre-Sales Support to encompass the relevant portfolio of offers with focus on Project Management and Service Management 
  • Develop and maintain high level customer contacts for the maximization of business opportunities and resolution of conflicts 
  • Develop, lead and maintain close working relationships with strategic partners in order to create lead generation and promote company capabilities through Channels, whilst ensuring alignment with global standards.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business, Marketing management or any related field.
  • Strong People Manager & influencer of stakeholders 
  • Excellent communicator at management decision making level 
  • Proven track record in customer facing activities 
  • Visionary leadership
  • Requirement for strong business management skills and experience. 
  • Excellent Inter-personnel skills 
  • Experience in partner management and partner business development
