A global IT services company is recruiting a Marketing Manager in HCM city to lead regional team. The role is the key driver in lead generation activities in Vietnam, as well as to work with agencies related to lead generation campaigns or activities online or offline. This is reporting to General Director (an Expat).
- Be responsible for marketing planning and execution based on local demands.
- Be result oriented in every GTM plan with clear lead generation goals and ensure a successful roll-out of campaigns and events for Vietnam.
- Effective use and management of marketing budget is one important responsibility of this role.
- Be responsible for the company un-managed business through an inside sales team and therefore will lead and ensure the success of inside sales.
- Hands-on marketing experience in running customer programs related to Demand Generation
- Sales experience or having worked closely with sales
- Shows understanding of value business drivers
- Budget planning and management at country level
- Understands the role of communications and brand positioning
- An added advantage to the candidate whom has experience in the Software Industry.
- Clear understanding of the customer buying process (Awareness/Interest/Desire/Action)
- To effectively communicate lead generation objectives to stake holders, i.e. principles, third party partners, sales lead and managers
- Prepared to deep-dive and be inquisitive on what works & do not work
- Leveraging telesales or inside sales to achieve the required targets objectives..
