A multinational Fintech company from Singapore is recruiting a Senior Sales Manager in Hanoi, reporting to CEO in Singapore. The role is to develop, promote and realize Sales programs and activities to enhance growth of Banking Products and Solutions in order to exceed Revenue and Margin objectives for the country.

  • Build-up of pipeline and funnel management
  • Order Book Closure vs target
  • Revenue vs target
  • Gross Margin vs Target
  • Collections: On time
  • Relationships with Customers
  • Relationships with Partners
  • Relationship with Analyst
  • Competitor Intelligence
  • Integrity and transparency
  • Ability to influence and coordinate internally in the interest of Customer Satisfaction
  • Implementation of Sales strategy
  • Discipline and rigor of following the Sales process: Reporting weekly/monthly, Calling activity/volume, Quality of call reports and follow ups, being proactive about CE, correct documentation.

Job requirement:

  • University Degree
  • Preferred Business School
  • Min. 6 years’ experience
  • Strong Relationship management skills
  • Banking experience and Software experience (mix preferred)
  • Ability to work independently
