A global company is recruiting a Project Sales Manager to join the B2B team either in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city. The role is to head the nation-wide project sales. The job requires strong experience in project / B2B sales management. This is reporting to the Project Sales Head (Expat).
- Mission: lead business development for project sales channel (B2B). Bundle across company products of Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Household Electrical... as a total solution offering to customers.
- Research the market and formulate business development strategies for assigned customers nationwide
- Seek to build and develop customer networks to boost business: Develop up sales and cross sales for current customers. Find and build new customers.
- Coordinate with sales departments to monitor specific sales activities, reaching the Company's sales target.
- Collect information, study and analyze smart home, smart building market
- Approach and collect information of the projects, finding demand and design supply for the projects
- Set up and develop relationship with key persons of the project
- Negotiate and cut the deal
- Set up sales forecast to prepare resources required
- Follow up the sales from the ordering, importing, delivery, payment, after sales services
- Quickly response to customer questions and proposals
- Monitoring and update CRM
- Take care of key accounts for networking and repeat purchase
- University graduate with bachelor degree
- 5+ years of experience in project sales, especially for electrical products / electronics / Refrigeration / Electrical appliances ...
- Have technical knowledge and installation design skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills, presentation skill, and computer skills
- Good English skills, able to read and understand related documents
- Be hard-working, dynamic, sales-oriented, and possess a high sense of ownership and responsibility
- Willing to go business trip in provinces.
