A global technology company in mobile VAS solutions is recruiting an Account Director in Hanoi. The role is to manage all activities & new initiatives with multiple enterprise client accounts in Vietnam. This is reporting to the Regional Director. To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience in sales, business development and excellent knowledge, exposure to commercial mobile content and VAS services.

 Job responsibilities:

  • Managing the VAS services operations and maximize the VAS service usage, satisfaction and revenue.

  • Generating a qualified customer pipeline and meeting the defined sales targets for the accounts.

  • Establishing cooperation with local partners and merchants like consumer service providers, retailers, banking, insurance industry, brand owners etc. to promote the company and ensure a joint win – win model.

  • Preferable experience: in sales, marketing, business development roles with an advantage in running a unique mobile service and with hands-on experience in media management, traffic analysis, advertising and content editing.

  • Conducting VAS projects in Mobile Operator networks using the company solutions.

  • Monitor, maintain and increase VAS service usage and revenue.

  • Maximize Operator satisfaction while keeping company’s interests primal.

  • Navigate inside Operator organization in order to facilitate and implement the proposed projects and suggested or required plans.

  • Coordinate between all parties including customers and third parties.

  • Ongoing customer management including contract issues, revenue assurance, booking management and collection, project coordination, commercial proposals, presentations, participation in RFQ/RFI processes.

  • Promoting company’s marketing and service initiatives among customers.

  • Program a broadcast schedule to maximize usage, satisfaction and revenue.

  • Oversee copywriting and content quality

  • Conduct system traffic analysis, generate and manage ongoing reports.

  • Plan, Facilitate and manage the administration of marketing and cross media campaigns.

  • Ongoing service account management to ensure successful flow of service operations.

Job requirement:

  • Relevant hands-on experience of 8 - 10 years in the mobile industry.
  • A background in Business development and customer facing roles.
  • Familiarity with media, mobile content and the commerce arena.
  • Good Analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Self-management skills, self-motivator.
  • Creative ability and enthusiasm for media/commerce channels including good knowledge of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in Vietnamese is mandatory
  • Should have a valid passport and should be willing to travel within the country and also outside the country
  • Fluent in English.
