A big data and AI technology company from the US is recruiting a VP of Sales in Ho Chi Minh city, heading the nation-wide sales team, selling to big enterprise accounts. This position will report directly to the top executives/ founders of the group. You will need strong experience in selling large enterprise solutions and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, grow, and mentor the sales team to meet groupwide, team and sales members’ goal
  • Promotes the company products and services, and inspire others to do so
  • Build, optimize, and implement the standardized sales processes and selling techniques to approach enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop sales plan with execution steps, adopt necessary analytics tools to keep track of sales pipeline and other sales reporting/ forecasting
  • Identify opportunities within related industries and gaps in client’s needs to provide feedback for improvement to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree & Post graduate qualification in business management.
  • 8+ years sales experience, preferred in the B2B sector, with at least 3 years leading and managing a sales team
  • Find best practices to research target clients, identify decision-makers and influencers within target clients, and proactively engage such high-profile people to collect necessary information that helps convert leads into deals.
  • Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity
  • A natural leader that motivates and inspires your team members and as well as your clients or prospective ones.
  • An excellent and persuasive communicator to both internal and external stakeholders
  • An innovative and challenge-accept player that can come up with unconventional approaches to get things done
  • Excellent command of English

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary and sales commission, with incrementally higher commission per newly unlocked volume level
