A global consumer electronics company is recruiting a Customer Service Lead in Hanoi. The role is to lead country-wide SVC(Guarantee Service) Planning team of 6 staffs to secure operational quality of both Customer Information Center as well as SVC network in dealing with customer. This is reporting to SVC Director(an Expat).

 Job responsibilities:

  • Quality management
  • Manage SVC Network Support team to execute the following tasks:
  • Provide Technical support
  • Co-operate between SVC and QA for quality issue
  • Check technical problem and countermeasure
  • Training for technician for new technology, products
  • Translate, edit technical documents
  • IQC/ Grading
  • Service network operation
  • Network evaluation
  • Build up process and manage the execution to to reach highest customer satisfaction level
  • Service events operation
  • Managing SVC Network Support teams and report weekly/monthly/quarterly
  • Assign member to support other departments: Sales and Marketing support; Customer / Dealer carePlanning SVC Policy
  • Performance Management: MBR/KPI/MOT; Evaluation/Validation
  • GA /Vendor Management
  • Managing other jobs assigned by SVC Director

Job requirement:

  • University graduate with a bachelor degree or higher
  • 5 ~ 7 years of experience in similar managing positions with knowledge and expertise in customer service planning, policy design, performance management and data analysis.
  • Possess a customer-oriented mindset, a high sense of ownership and responsibility, and willingness to take initiatives
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent English and computer skills
