A Singaporean information technology company is recruiting an Operations Manager in Ho Chi Minh city. The role is lead the nation-wide service delivery team to meet client SLAs. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent experience in enterprise IT solutions service delivery, and strong team leadership / project management skills. This is reporting to the Regional Operations Director in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service delivery and service operation teams, including Project Management, Service delivery & Engineers.
  • Provides vision and leadership to assess potential areas of opportunity in which innovative technology can enhance the organization’s operational effectiveness and facilitate the delivery of services and projects and to become customers’ trusted technical advisor.
  • Ensures that the technology resources and services are aligned with the mission and strategic priorities.
  • Work with other business units to ensure positive collaboration and outcome for the business.
  • Serve as technical escalation point for delivery issues. Candidate have to be technical and hands on.
  • Ensure team skillset & certification up to date, to maintain company Partnership.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales for the effort analysis, SOW and resource management.
  • Ensure that all SLA’s standards are met by the Technology Services team for contractual customer support and focus on successful project deliveries.
  • Recommends budgetary adjustments as necessary and monitors and evaluates the team’s costs for cost management and reduction for project and maintenance.
  • Prepares and updates company's technology-related policies, procedures, administrative rules and regulations and guidelines.
  • Oversees and reviews disaster recovery procedures, data integrity and security guidelines, and hardware and software refresh cycles.
  • Maintain and follow-up with customer and supplier for service operation, review and escalation to meet customer SLA.

Requirements:

  • Graduated or Diploma in ICT, or interdisciplinary background is preferred.
  • 5 + years of ICT experience in Service Delivery Management, Project Management and Operation Management or related disciplines.
  • Experience on networking system, CCNA or any Security certification
  • Experience on Project management, PMP preferable
  • Experience on IT operation management, ITIL certified
  • Critical thinking and good handling skills on customer complaint
  • Track record on project delivery and operation management.
