A global company is recruiting a Sales Lead in Hanoi city, heading the B2B sales of Smart Home solutions. The job requires strong experience in project sales management across technology solutions managing building, offices, apartments, or hotels.

 Job responsibilities:

  • Collect information, study and analyze smart home, smart building market
  • Responsible for assigned sales target
  • Seek and list up projects in assigned area: hotels, apartments, offices, buildings, ...
  • Approach and collect information of the projects, finding demand and design supply for the projects
  • Set up and develop relationship with key persons of the project
  • Negotiate and cut the deal
  • Set up sales forecast to prepare resources required
  • Follow up the sales from the ordering, importing, delivery, payment, after sales services
  • Quickly response to customer questions and proposals
  • Monitoring and update CRM
  • Take care of key accounts for networking and repeat purchase
  • Weekly report and discuss for trouble shooting with team’s member

Job requirement:

  • University graduate with bachelor degree
  • Have experience in smart home or smart building business
  • Have technical knowledge and installation design skills
  • Good communication & negotiation skills, presentation skill, and computer skills
  • Good English skills, able to read and understand related documents
  • Be hard-working, dynamic, sales-oriented, and possess a high sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Willing to go business trip in provinces.
