A IT security company from Europe is recruiting a Presales Consultant in Ho Chi Minh city. The job is to provide technical consulting across IT Data Security solutions to clients in Vietnam. You will work with the world's latest cyber-security data solutions from diverse global vendors. The job is providing pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions, using in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales team and the clients through sales presentations and product demonstrations. You will be reporting to the Country Manager.
Responsibilities:
- To be a is a consultative sale and take responsibility for solution design, business development, and transition of projects from presales to delivery, and sales support.
- To provides pre-sales technical support and expertise in analysing client requirements, in conjunction with the client’s current network and system capabilities and ensuring technical solutions will accomplish the client's objectives.
- Provide sales support and solution expertise on qualified opportunities including all managed service offerings specific to the Security practice.
- To achieve products sales to meet specified financial goals according to specified financial metrics by influencing and guiding members of the Sales team and to ensure that they are equipped to close deals.
- To maintain visibility of forecasting and sales pipeline in order to influence potential deals.
- Deliver presentations and whiteboards; Assures technical competency and completeness of material presented to prospect.
- To maintain vendor relationship is required to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products business and technology positioning.
Requirements:
- University degree or above majoring in information technology or related fields.
- 5+ experience in solution consulting (presales) for cyber-security solutions.
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT systems, networks, IT security
- Have good presentation skills
- Good English listening and speaking skills.
- Ability twork under pressure, patience, enthusiasm and initiative in work.
