An global company is recruiting a Scrum Master / System Analyst in HCM city. You will join with Hong Kong team to upgrade the current company enterprise software system to the advanced levels that serving thousands of users globally. The job requires strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams, and good technical software Java engineering background.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with 8 years of experience in software development in JAVA background, who will be responsible for managing Scrum and release activities, and also mentoring and providing technical guidance to the development team. The successful candidate will also be involved in coding and bug fixing, QA support, troubleshooting, load test execution, code review, technical solution design and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, stand-ups, etc.) for the development team.
- Work with the development team to identify technical solutions and design documents that meet business requirements.
- Mentor and guide the development team on technical best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Manage the release process and ensure that deployments are completed on time and without issue.
- Develop and maintain software code, including bug fixing and enhancement requests.
- Provide technical support to the QA team in the form of test case preparation and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development, testing, and production.
- Orchestrate and execute load tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as UI/UX, backend development, and DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, data models, and system workflows.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related diciplines

8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring, Angular, JavaScript, Oracle DB, and SQL.

Exposure and experience with Cloud Technology and Micro Service Architecture will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams.

Experience with load testing and troubleshooting complex systems.

Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and design documents.

- Basic salary: 4000 USD Gross / month
- 13th month salary
