A global software company is hiring a Country Manager in HCM city, leading the sales / business development to clients in Banking/FSI market. The objective of this role is to expand market presence and to promote company solutions by connecting with personnel in banks and financial institutions (FI’s). The successful candidate will be expected to increase the revenue of existing clients and acquire new clients. This is an active business development role with a primary goal of increasing sales revenue through selling high value software technology solutions to FIs.


 Job responsibilities:

  • The candidate will fully in charge of growing the market share for company's suite of banking solutions.
  • Build relationships with the client base to identify new initiatives and generate the pipeline for new business.
  • Identify the client needs and feedback to relevant product groups.
  • Connect with personnel in banks to understand the goals/ plans of the bank and to promote company solutions within the bank.
  • Look out for opportunities to cross sell other Intellect products to existing clients.
  • Work with marketing to establish campaigns to create ‘pull’ in the market with a focus on ROI & optimization from existing & new business
  • Initiate the above plans and manage business generation. Deliver on agreed annual revenue/order book/license fee targets as per the Company Business Plan
  • Keep up to date information and reporting through Intellect’s internal reporting process and systems
  • Provide market insights on the market as required.

Job requirements:

  • Work experience in Vietnam. Experience in the technology or banking space would be preferable; however not necessary.
  • Good spoken & written communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude with a hunger to learn
  • Strong experience in selling IT solutions
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Tenacious work attitude. 
  • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure. 
  • Proactive and aggressive to find new customer and archive sales target
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
