A well-established cyber-security services company is hiring a Senior Business Development in Hanoi city. To succeed in this job, you will need at least 3 years of sales experience selling IT solutions to the Government clients. The job is reporting to the Sales Head.
Responsibilities:
- Search for business opportunities, develop Government customer base.
- Carry out consulting and signing contracts with customers... Ensure achievement of business goals and completion of sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical departments and related departments during the sales process to understand customer needs and provide appropriate suggestions/solutions.
- Market research, collecting and building a database of potential customers.
- Collect relevant information about competitors including: price, contract term, problems customers are having with current suppliers to make accurate decisions.
- Prepare and implement individual annual/quarterly business plans.
- Comply with planning and periodic reporting regulations as prescribed.
- Contact and maintain relationships with relevant partners, identify and build relationships with potential Accounts.
- Responsible for management, support, monitoring, and care to ensure customer satisfaction with the company's products and services..
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT solutions sales to the Gov clients.
- Acumen of a sales hunter(persistent, high integrity...)
- Knowledge of IT, especially in the field of information security is a great advantage.
- Good communication skills, dynamic and creative.
- Good relationship building skills.
- Ability to work at high intensity and under pressure.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
